Uber Prints - The site seems solid, but they only have slim fit American Apparel tshirts. Other sites for making custom tshirts that seemed alright but were missing something:

http://www.spreadshirt.com/ - The online tshirt designer showed an error with the logo when I resized it just by a little bit http://www.queensboro.com - There was an error with the initial logo image upload. Finally selecting a logo didn’t update the tshirt image so I couldn’t see a preview of the final product. http://www.qualitylogoproducts.com/ - They don’t carry American Apparel. http://www.branders.com/ - No American Apparel. http://www.4imprint.com - No American Apparel.
